Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these conditions, the following terms are understood as:
Reflection period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal;
Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur;
Day: calendar day;
Long-term transaction: a distance contract concerning a series of products and/or services;
Durable data carrier: any means that enables storage of information for future access;
Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract;
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services remotely;
Distance contract: a contract concluded exclusively through means of distance communication;
Means of distance communication: tools used to conclude a contract without physical presence;
Terms and Conditions: the present Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
The terms are made available before the contract is concluded, digitally or upon request.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
Situations not covered will be assessed in the spirit of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 4 – The offer
Offers are non-binding and subject to change.
Descriptions and images are indicative; obvious errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
Prices exclude import duties and VAT where applicable.
The offer clearly states pricing, shipping, payment, delivery, and withdrawal rights.
Article 5 – The contract
The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the offer.
Electronic orders are confirmed immediately.
The entrepreneur may refuse orders if payment reliability is insufficient.
Contracts are subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw within 14 days after receipt.
Products must be handled with care.
Returns must follow provided instructions and be sent to the approved return address in Asia.
Refunds are subject to inspection.
Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt or proof of return.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Excluded items include customized products, hygiene items, perishable goods, and unsealed software or media.
Article 9 – The price
Prices remain valid during the stated offer period.
Orders ship outside the EU; import VAT and customs costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Article 10 – Conformity and guarantee
Products conform to the contract and legal requirements.
The entrepreneur is not liable for misuse or unauthorized modifications.
Article 11 – Delivery and execution
Delivery is made to the address provided by the consumer.
Orders are executed promptly, generally within 30 days.
Article 12 – Long-term transactions
Termination and renewal conditions apply as stated per agreement.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments must be completed within 7 working days.
Incorrect payment details must be reported immediately.
Article 14 – Complaints procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovery.
Responses are provided within 14 days.
Article 15 – Disputes
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
